Title: Payroll System Database Design

Description:

Automated Payroll system is an application that will manage and compute the employee’s salary. It connects information throughout the entire company. It is the easiest way to cater these needs. Computerize systems is typically simplify information, Quickly organize reports, automatically archive data, calculate deductions, easily track clock in/out and minimize manual efforts.

Simplified and quickly organize data is advantageous in many ways. Such as integrated the payroll figures into easy to read platform to ensure everything is accounted for, thus minimizing risks of valid or missed numbers. The systems include updating of records of the employees preparing payroll sheet & pay slips. Updating records is automatically updated and stored on host computers where it can be review or amended by a manager or supervisor to ensure the accuracy & consistency of the records of the employees. Preparing payroll sheet is a document which all information’s of employees are recorded including name, address, id, number, position of employee.

Pay slip is a slip of paper of an employee receives either as a notices, it will typically details the gross income and all taxes, and any other deductions such as retirement plan contributions, insurances contributions taken out of gross income to arrive at the final amount of the pay, including the year to date totals of all deductions of your salary in for circumstances.

Additional features of the system are the Backup and Restore utility which enables the users of the application to Backup and Restore the database

Introduction

Students are relatively similar to first-year students and thus experiencing comparative tasks to them. Time management problems became the main concern students. Due to several subject areas accompanied by various tasks each subject; plus numerous consecutive quizzes, summative and chapter tests, multitasking can be evident and a factor to the students difficulty in time management. Other personal tasks except these would include things such as leisure activities, household chores, assignments, outputs and other things a student does. Difficulties in time management also involve students’ procrastination attitude.

This scenario inspired the researchers to flick through local investigation and development of an Android-based Event Manager that might assess and assist students to develop and maintain effective time management skills.

Objectives of the Study

The main purpose of this study is to develop an Android-based Event Manager.

Specifically, it aims to achieve the following objectives:

  1. To design a system that will aid the students to record all their tasks with the specified time without noting it manually;
  2. To develop a system that will help the students to establish effective time management and skills toward it; and,
  3. To assess the students’ satisfaction level towards usage of the app.

Significance of the Study

The result of this study will be of great significance to the following:

School. Since one of the school problems faced by the students is difficulty in time management, the application can be a useful tool to be used by the school and introduce it to students. This could help the school through increasing productivity rate among students aimed at producing high quality pioneers.

Teachers. Time management of students on school works depend upon the tasks assigned to them by the teachers. This can also be beneficial to teachers since the main goal of this is to manage the time of students towards their tasks through an application. This may lessen teachers’ problem regarding difficulties and malfunctions of students in terms of their scores in quizzes and exams, outputs and school works.

Parents. The results and output of this study may help parents upon monitoring and encouraging their children to implement and practice effective time management not only limited in schools including academic matters but also in their homes.

Students. The product of this study may help students monitor of all their tasks and to develop time management to which they can use as their basis to effectively perform and accomplish their tasks without difficulties. This may also assist them to develop time management skills among themselves and to help them to be organized and promote productivity.

Future Researchers. This study may serve as a reference material for the anticipated researchers that wish to develop and conduct similar study.

Scope

The scope of the research study is to:

  1. Develop an Android-based Event Manager.
  2. Need android platform.
  3. Use offline application.
  4. Run from the latest version up to the earliest version of android.
  5. Keeping daily tasks align, one step to adding task and time and removal of the task after it is done.
  6. Cover all about the time management of the participants.
  7. To determine the satisfaction level of the participants after trial of the app.
  8. To help students to effectively establish time management and improve time management skills in terms of using the app.

Storage Removable Media Protection using Clotion Algorithm

Introduction

This study motivated the researchers to create software on data protection against removable storage media using Clotion Algorithm. This is to ensure protection and security of private and public computers, and USB flash drives from copying of data or files; stealing of confidential information; and installing malicious malware.

Such software – based security solution follows a detailed procedure that can be easily understood by the user. This includes: First, detection of installed device; Second, identification of the installed device if it is an external device or a removable storage media; Third, immediate installation for external devices while password application for removable storage media; Finally, quick access of files in the computer and storage media if password entered is similar with the one programmed on the software. This software runs invisibly and automatically upon installation   of any device; easy to operate for it is programmed with easy to understand icons and friendly descriptions; with customized password wherein users can choose a password of their own from one character to a maximum of sixteen characters

STATE MENT OF OBJECTIVES

General Objective

This study aims to create data protection against storage removable media using  Clotion Algorithm algorithm.

Specifically this study aims to:

  • Detect and Identify a removable storage media and USB input device using Clotion Algorithm
  • Disable/Enable a removable storage media with a password
  • Manage storage removable media access privileges

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

The results of this study would be advantageous and significant to the following:

Students. The results of this research work might help students, in all levels and in different courses, to be creative and imaginative in making research papers and other related activities for “copy and paste” attitude is prohibited; teach them to be resourceful and patient for they will be oblige to go to the library to research for additional data or information about their projects, term papers, reports, and the like; develop honesty in everything that they do and respect for others when it comes to the privacy of their outputs in school; and boost self-esteem for they will learn to value themselves by the satisfaction and joy that each finished task brought them.

SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS

This research paper focuses on the installed software that protects computers and removable storage media from duplicating data or files, stealing of information, and installing malware through Clotion Algorithm.

The software designed by the researchers initially identifies the type of device inserted to the computer’s port. If it is an external device, the software will automatically allow the program to run but if it is a storage device, a duplicate password registered on the program is needed to be entered in order to have access on the data stored in the computer and storage media. Upon entry, the user may type and save new files; read or view files; edit data; download music, movies, data, and the like; watch movies; listen to music; and play computer games. All these can be done in the computer via storage media or vice versa. On the other hand, such software prohibits access on the computer and storage media for wrong password; possible entry of suspicious and risky software; and replication of files.

The study is limited only to the removable devices that have USB ports.  The software cannot read other external storage media that is not USB, such as; CD, DVD, and floppy drive. The software will only be limited to the password given by the administrator. The user will just be responsible for the security of their password.

             Requirements of this phase include system functionalities to define what functions are to be included in the developed system to satisfy the needs of the teachers and students in teaching and learning Filipino subject; and constraints that the end-user (who will be using the system) expects from the system.

System Functionality

Administration – The Game developed has an admin user and password. It has a databank (quiz, uploaded videos, lessons) that can be manipulated and maintained by the admin. The administrator also can modify the quiz setting system.

User – Interaction between the games and the students is one of the features of the system. The student could access the game then view records.

The researchers present the context diagram and the decomposition diagrams of the system which show the procedures of each function, the users and the expected outputs of the developed system.

The teacher serves as the admin. She or he will log in using user name and password in the game. Every time the teacher will modify or update the lessons, modification will be stored in the database of the game. Teacher could manage the quizzes, videos and lesson, store and modify records.

The student will access the game by entering his or her name. Then, the student will view his or her score after taking the quiz. The student can play games and take quizzes, view videos and facts, and view scores.

Figure above shows that the teacher as a admin could be able to update and modify quiz data and enable and disable the quiz settings. The teacher could be able to upload videos and lessons in the system. Then the system could provide students reports such as student’s scores.

The student could access the game by entering his or her name. The developed system provides six (6) different games for the students. After the students played the game she or he could view his or her score.

The Lesson module (2.0) in Figure above illustrates that it was designed to provide the students a learning tool in Elearning System in Filipino that will assist the students learning the subject.  In Figure, upon selecting the lesson option link, the student is prompt to enter a name and can start viewing the lesson and view the score. Leading healthcare organizations have stressed the importance of integrating information technology (IT) into healthcare systems to improve provider practices, increase the quality of patient care, and reduce medical errors. One missing link plaguing the deployment of technology into healthcare is how to incorporate practical, usable clinical information systems into the work environment of providers. This missing link is most evident in the organizational structure of nursing homes.

As appealing as today’s senior living communities may be for many people, some seniors just prefer to stay in their homes as long as possible. The reasons to remain at home may be practical or sentimental, but for many seniors, a significant support network must be put in place to help this happen.

A nursing home is normally the highest level of care for older adults outside of a hospital. Nursing homes provide what is called custodial care, including getting in and out of bed, and providing assistance with feeding, bathing, and dressing. However, nursing homes differ from other senior housing facilities in that they also provide a high level of medical care. A licensed physician supervises each patient’s care and a nurse or other medical professional is almost always on the premises. Other medical professionals, such as occupational or physical therapists, are also available. This allows the delivery of medical procedures and therapies on site that would not be possible in other housing.

Upon reaching, the proponents that there is nursing home care both public and private existing now in the Philippines. Nursing homes that are privately owned offers different type of support and care, services and programs and facilities and amenities that is equivalent to specific rate. On the other hand, public facilities only rely on donations and volunteering.

The concept of this project is to help Senior Citizen Office to update their existing manual system in which the staff list down the patient information when they admit a patient. The proposed project provides user a more efficient and reliable system. This is also the improvement of the system that will serve as the key to have a good and organize of their records. Using database, it will serve as the list of record of the patient including their medical records and the activities of the orphanage. This concept is created to help Senior Citizen Office orphanage to improve their manual system into a new and good computerized Nursing Home Care Automation System.

Purpose and Description

            The purpose of the study is to discuss the development of the automation system for nursing homes and its implementation at Senior Citizen Office. Also discussed in this paper is a description of how the automation system works its technical functional and non-functional requirements and future development of the system.

The project is a system that performs the accessibility of information and prepares the needed report about the patients. There will be different level of permission which will be assigned to different users ensuring the security of the records. Developing this system will make record keeping easy and segregation of information would be faster and more secured. The features of the system include managing the medical records, admission of the patients, the schedules and tasks of the volunteers, the planned activities and calculations of donations and funds.

The propose system will lessen their work and can manage their work efficiently. The implementation of the system will provide easy access to data and information. The management of the organization can also be tracked and definitely be secured by using the system. Also, since Senior Citizen Office is non-profitable organization there is a shortage of volunteer nurse or staff, the system will allow the organization to overcome staff shortage as it will manage the tasks and schedule effectively. In addition, the system is capable of cutting the operation cost because it can reduce the paper work which will save time for volunteers.

For the Developers

The project serves as a basis of their study. It enhances their knowledge in programming activities to create an automated system. It will also serve as a tool to sharpen their knowledge and ability in developing an automated system.

For the Future proponents

This project will serve as guide in their future study. It will give them knowledge on how to create their own study together with their capabilities to create an automated system.

Objectives

To innovate the traditional manually patient record monitoring to an automated system, the proponents suggest replacing the patients log book to a computerized system for Senior Citizen Office.

Traditionally, patient records have been paper and have been used to store patient care data.

Computer-based patient record (CPR) is an electronic patient record that resides in a system specifically designed to support users by providing accessibility to complete and accurate data, alerts, reminders, clinical decision support systems, links to medical knowledge, and other aids.

Technical Background

The developers worked on VB.NET considering that it is the most applicable and recommended language in developing a system. Visual Basic is used to create and develop running environment and program of the developed system .Visual Basic 2010 is a programming language and development environment created by Microsoft Visual Basic, which provides a graphical user interface (GUI) that allows the developer to drag and drop objects into the program as well as manually write program codes. Visual Basic is designed to make software development easy and efficient. This programming language does have the capability of creating executable files and ActiveX controls.

The developers also used MySQL Query Browser which is a cross-platform GUI client program that is intuitive and easy to use. MySQL Query Browser provides a graphical interface to the MySQL server for querying and analyzing data and similar in style of use to MySQL Administrator, but is oriented toward accessing database contents rather than server administration.

In this project, the developers used the MySQL Query Browser as the back end of the system in saving and holding all the necessary information about the products and its transactions. It also organizes all important data used in the system in one database.

Background of the Study

With the ever-increasing processing and graphical capabilities of computers and console products, along with an increase in user expectations, computer aided instruction design moved beyond the scope of a single developer to produce learning in a reasonable time. One of the main developments of computer is the internet, and the internet is flash.

The main users of this system are the students of who have Philippine History subject. This project improves their knowledge and logic skills by answering the quizzes and examination base on the book use by the history teacher in Philippine History and to help them develop their skills through reading.

Project Content

The project is a Computer Aided Instruction Teaching Philippine History (on-line). The system composed of several interfaces which can accessible through electronic means. The users need to register first to access the system. The home page composed of log-in and register button which is every button has a corresponding link. The log-in button is parts of our home page were the user’s input there

I.D Number. The register button is for the registration form. The Philippine History button composed of midterm and final topics to be discuss and video/graphics will appear for the illustration of some information. The quiz button allows the users to answer it, assign from there instructor and there is a time limit in every quiz in order to practice their memory stability. The exam button, same at quiz button procedure but it is divided into 2 parts. The first part is true or false, second part is multiple choice and there is also a time limit and it will serve as the grade of the students. The profile button is about the developer, they show images and videos during the development of the system.

Purpose and Description

The purposed of our system is to provide a useful and knowledgeable computer aided instruction (on-line) for the students. The system will be the big help for those working students because they can review their subject through their convenient time and they can access it anywhere as long as they have an internet access.

This system will also present the new way for giving the knowledge to the students. The primary beneficiaries of this project are the students and teachers.

General Objective

The purpose to this system is to create a satisfactory computer aided instruction (on-line) for the students and to have a friendly system and provide internal motivation for exposure and mastery of the learning objectives. It would increase students’ motivation and learning gains, which can easily adopt with the users through its simplicity and understandable.

The objectives of this project are;

Scope and Limitation

The scope of the study is only the development of the online computer aided instruction for the students on their Philippine History subject. The system only covers the History of the Philippines from the time of Malays up to the regaining of Freedom on Aquino government. The system covers only few of festival which is only an added feature for familiarization on the Philippine culture based on the history. The system can accept update of questions and can be given to students for test evaluation.

Our system is limit to the students who taking up Philippine History subject were they can understand well their subjects and this system is exclusive only for the students who can access our system using their account. This proposed project helps the teachers to motivate the students and help them up to understand in the simple way that we can provide them. The content of the Philippine History of our system is limited only up to the Aquino government.

More over since it is published online, any person can see it sitting anywhere in the world. All it takes is basic computer knowledge to browse this site.

This is a website based on classified – OLX and Quikr. In this project we can easily post any type of ads free by either logging in or not. We also update our classified ads if we register on this website and if the post has been approved by the admin. In this website we also create an admin panel that handles our user, create and update categories and manage classified post and much more.

Importance of the Study

The proposed system can be used to maintain efficiently the postings and retrieval of any type of Advertisement posted by a Poster. Title: Thesis Archiving Management System Database Design

Description:

The project entitled thesis archiving management system is a web based project design and developed using PHP, MySQL and Bootstrap. The purpose of this project is to compile the thesis/capstone project in an electronic manner according to course and year submitted. This will serve as a repository and at the same time the students can access the records online. Searching of titles and uploading of documents such as pdf, word and powerpoint files are the main feature of the said project. Bootstrap is used to design the interface of the project, it simply means that the template is responsive and it can be also access through mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets.

Database Schema with description of table:

tblauthors (id, thesisid, fname, lname) – this table will store information on the different authors of the thesis or capstone project, it includes information such as firstname and lastname. The tblauthors table is connected to the tblproject which indicates the thesisid as the foreign key.

tblchart (id, year, qty) – chart table will store information as to the number of thesis or capstone project published every year.

tblcourse (id, name) – tblcourse is the table that will store information on the different courses, colleges and departments.

tblfile (id, project_id, path_1, path_2) – tblfile table is the table that will store the information on the uploaded files. For this project, the user can only upload the abstract, chapter 1 and chapter 2.

tblmembers (id, fname, lname, username, password, email, level, status, code) – the project is online, so therefore to monitor usage of the visitors and students as well, the tblmembers will store the information of the students and visitors who wants to access the list of thesis projects.

tblproject (id, title, description, category, course, year, datesubmitted, format, path) – tblproject is the table that will hold the information of the thesis and capstone projects, it includes the title, brief description, category, course and year.

tblview (id, project_id, user_id, date_view) – this table will hold the record on the date the project was viewed by the visitor and students.

Title: Water Billing System Database Design

Description:

Water Billing System is an application that will improve the business process and will promote quality service to the clientele. In this application, the developers used the client-server architecture in which multiple clients are connected to a single server that holds the central repository of records. As for the moment MS Access can still be used in a LAN setting.

The application will cover the following modules/features: (a) Client Module, (b) Installation and Disconnection Module, (c) Billing Module, (d) Payment Module, (e) Service Record Module, (f) Statement of Accounts, and (g) Report Generation. Visual Basic and MS Access are used to develop the project. The application has still rooms for improvement, for example, the future developers can convert the system into a web based version and add features like SMS notification.

Database Schema with description of table:

tblaccount (id, username, password, fullname, contact, accounttype) – account table will store information on the different users of the system which includes the username, password and other personal information needed. The system can be accessed by the administrator will full access to the system, encoder accounts can only encode the client information and create new billing for the customers and the cashier accounts can only access payment module of the system.

tblclient (id, lastname, firstname, contact, address, connectionstatus) – client table will store information on customers.  Firstname, lastname, contact and address are the information to be encoded, connectionstatus can contain only two values, 1 and 0, 1 stands for installed or active customer while 0 signifies that the account has been disconnected.

tblbilling (id, clientid, billno, meterno, periodfrom, periodto, previousreading, presentreading, billamount, billdate, duedate, accountid, status) – tblbilling table will store information on the billing records of the customers. Information such as the meterno, previous reading, present reading, the bill amount, bill data and due date are stored in this table. Accountid field represents the foreign key which indicates the user who processed the billing information and status field contains whether the customer has already paid the billing.

tblinvoice (id, clientid, billid, invoiceno, datepaid, amounttendered, accountid) – invoice table will store information on the payment of customers, the table includes the client information, billing information, date of payment, the payment amount and as well as the user information. This is connected to the tblclient, tblbilling and tblaccount). The fields of clientid, billid and accountid are all foreign keys and are all primary keys of their respective table.

Introduction

This study motivated the researchers to create software on data protection against removable storage media using Clotion Algorithm. This is to ensure protection and security of private and public computers, and USB flash drives from copying of data or files; stealing of confidential information; and installing malicious malware.

Such software – based security solution follows a detailed procedure that can be easily understood by the user. This includes: First, detection of installed device; Second, identification of the installed device if it is an external device or a removable storage media; Third, immediate installation for external devices while password application for removable storage media; Finally, quick access of files in the computer and storage media if password entered is similar with the one programmed on the software. This software runs invisibly and automatically upon installation   of any device; easy to operate for it is programmed with easy to understand icons and friendly descriptions; with customized password wherein users can choose a password of their own from one character to a maximum of sixteen characters

STATE MENT OF OBJECTIVES

General Objective

This study aims to create data protection against storage removable media using  Clotion Algorithm algorithm.

Specifically this study aims to:

  • Detect and Identify a removable storage media and USB input device using Clotion Algorithm
  • Disable/Enable a removable storage media with a password
  • Manage storage removable media access privileges

SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

The results of this study would be advantageous and significant to the following:

Students. The results of this research work might help students, in all levels and in different courses, to be creative and imaginative in making research papers and other related activities for “copy and paste” attitude is prohibited; teach them to be resourceful and patient for they will be oblige to go to the library to research for additional data or information about their projects, term papers, reports, and the like; develop honesty in everything that they do and respect for others when it comes to the privacy of their outputs in school; and boost self-esteem for they will learn to value themselves by the satisfaction and joy that each finished task brought them.

Instructors/Professors. The conclusions of this study may benefit educators in terms of the confidentiality of their innovations in their chosen field like classroom management styles, teaching strategies, and the like; security of their testing materials; and preservation of the originality of their researches.

Information Technology. The findings of this research paper may boosts software developers and IT specialists’ morale and lift up their desire in creating software and other related innovations for the betterment of our society and for a more secured and convenient future.

Business. The outcome of this investigation may encourage more individuals to engage in business and commerce for trust exists in society due to confidentiality and security of data of employers and employees, business proposals, and the like. With such, more businesses will be established that will lead to more employment.

Future Researcher:  The results of this investigation serve as reference material when conducting a similar study on this software. Moreover, they can study the application as their benchmark for further enhancement.

SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS

This research paper focuses on the installed software that protects computers and removable storage media from duplicating data or files, stealing of information, and installing malware through Clotion Algorithm.

The software designed by the researchers initially identifies the type of device inserted to the computer’s port. If it is an external device, the software will automatically allow the program to run but if it is a storage device, a duplicate password registered on the program is needed to be entered in order to have access on the data stored in the computer and storage media. Upon entry, the user may type and save new files; read or view files; edit data; download music, movies, data, and the like; watch movies; listen to music; and play computer games. All these can be done in the computer via storage media or vice versa. On the other hand, such software prohibits access on the computer and storage media for wrong password; possible entry of suspicious and risky software; and replication of files.

The study is limited only to the removable devices that have USB ports.  The software cannot read other external storage media that is not USB, such as; CD, DVD, and floppy drive. The software will only be limited to the password given by the administrator. The user will just be responsible for the security of their password.

User with the PC device that is connected to the internet does the request going to the web servers. The web servers do the query of each record from the database servers and returns the result set. The result set will be embedded to the web page generated by the web servers as the response. Like in North America, kiosks are commonly seen near the entrances of shopping malls, schools, and public amusement parks where they provide people with directions and specific information offered by the kiosk. There are different kinds of kiosk; like interactive kiosk, electronic kiosk and information kiosk. All these provide different services. SCHOOL 3D MAPPING AND INFORMATION KIOSK is one of them, it is designed to provide students and visitors the sufficient information about the college and it accommodates users to interact with the system. It performs different functions where users can ask questions, get directions, search for information they needed. By the use of computer, there’s no area where information kiosk cannot be used for a better user satisfaction.

  • Help students familiarized the administration, faculty and staff as well as the offices, departments, external campuses.
  • Give information to visitors to specific location and actual view of the school campuses
  • Provide reliable information to the students and visitors in a timely manner.
  • Help strengthen and enhance the service of the college to its clientele.

Implementation Result

Expert Testing

The developers successfully conducted the expert testing to the panel of persons that are knowledgeable enough in developing software to evaluate the proposed mobile computing. Suggestions and recommendations were gathered from them in order to come up with valuable and functional application. Questionnaires were also provided to them to rate the system based on its flow of functionalities and in order to get the overall result and to know if there were needed to change or not with regards with the features of the project. The weighted mean of 4.4 shows that the developed project is good and reliable by the users.

Final/ User Acceptance

After the initial and expert testing had successfully conducted, the developers double checked if the proposed mobile game met the desired output based on the suggestions of the experts and the benefactors of the system. The mean of 4.3 shows that the developed game is very good and had met the overall functions for the intended user of the system.

This project is intended to replace the manual process of sales, accounting and appraisal for Jewelry shops. The said project is an example of ecommerce platform that is specifically intended to jewelry items and the likes, it also includes the basic features of an ecommerce such as cataloguing of items, the virtual caddy or the shopping cart module, the checkout feature that will allow the customers to input the billing address and as well as the payment option. Back office system is also incorporated in this project which means that inventory and sales monitoring can be generated anytime, anywhere.

Census by definition is the compilation of records such as demographic profile, poverty profile, economic profile, social services and facilities etc. in order to get the census data of the community they need to conduct a survey to get the information they need.

Census Monitoring Application is an advance and automated process of managing the census monitoring in a certain community, to let go the manual process such as, hand written documents, keeping records inside the drawer that tends to lose some records. It is automated in such a way that all records of census monitoring can be keep and search via browsers. This system will facilitate management by enabling the clients/residents to just search the web site and enjoy all the information about the census monitoring.

The proposed system entitled Census Monitoring Application is an online operation process which you can be able to connect to the site system using internet connection. The functionality of the system varies on how the online viewing of information about the community census.

The manual process system known for us as the paper work based journals that work on just all paper and handwritten job. Here is the common issue that presents the problem of manual system. The manual system is more time consuming in terms of information/data. It takes time to look or find their current file in order to attach the new one. It has also a poor storage of data in the fact that there are cases it was lost. Another problem of the manual system is the paper wastage, beyond our study we found this problem in the reason that their files are just commonly listed on papers and it is not fully secured.

Census Monitoring Application will enable the respondents to view and update all the information they needed via online process. And to be able to determine no. of household, the average of population growth, the number of new residents of every barangay and other related information about census.

This also contains database backup of all the information records in the community. This system can also provide all the necessary information and progress to all residents in an efficient way, and accessible via Internet.

Objectives of the Study

The main goal of this study is to develop a Census Monitoring Application.

This study has its specific aims:

  1. To develop an efficient and useful online process of CENSUS Information which is the Census Monitoring Application, regarding upon the demographic profile, poverty profile, economic profile, social services and facilities. To develop a system that allows the users to easily access the information they needed.
  2. To develop a system the can be easily manipulate by the employee to add, delete, insert & update files.
  3. To develop a system that keeps &organizes the records in a secured manner.

Generally, the effectiveness of the proposed system is very crucial to the residence and employee, because it provides fast transaction and information via web. Compared to the usual system which is very time consuming, misplaced of records, and more paper works to do.

PHP/Javascript: used for scripting, application functions and plugin such as data table and graphical reports.

MySQL: the storage portion of the application, it is where the records are being kept.

Bootstrap: for the interface and design of the different user interface components of the project.
